With over 16 years of experience in Engineering and Construction recruitment, Andrew is the Managing Director for Design & Build. Over the course of Andrew’s career, he has interviewed thousands of candidates and placed hundreds in both contract and permanent roles, so he has seen and heard feedback from clients and candidates on their own experiences.
Coupled with his own recruitment experience as the Managing Director for Design & Build, Andrew has also played an integral part in taking Design & Build from 18 team members in 2012 to over 85 in 2023, along with managing a contractor workforce of over 350 with both private and public sector clients.
