Our client is an Australian project homes builder with 30+ years experience in the industry, known for their quality constructions, who are currently building upwards of around 200+ new homes a year across NSW. As the business continues to grow, they are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join their team.
The Role
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures- high volumes of invoicing
- Liaising with internal contacts and suppliers to ensure payments are made efficiently and accurately
- Manage all subcontractor payments, claims & contracts including ensuring necessary insurances are valid prior to work commencement
- Bank reconciliations
- Assist with the financial reporting and month-end duties
- Process of weekly payroll - working with EBAs, overtime, etc.
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience working wihtin the construction industry would be preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Netsuite experience would be ideal
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Renumeration based on experience and negotiatable, from $65K + superannuation
- Office based in Eastern Creek
