They are looking for an Assistant Development Manager to assist their development and construction team in their North Sydney head office.

- Assist with external Authority management including Councils, Department of Planning and service authorities and the like.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of legal, regulatory, town planning etc
- Assist with the Management of contract progress claims and subcontractor payments, variations, amendments and any other claims/invoices
- Assist in the preparation of project reporting documents and cost exercises including monthly budget and feasibility updates
- Assist with the submission of Development Applications
- Provide recommendations for project feasibility
- Coordinate site inspections and settlements
- Manage internal and external consultants, to deliver all key milestones
- Assisting with New Business during acquisition of sites including planning, creation of feasibilities and market research
- Analysing tenders from external Consultants and builders
- Taking a lead over project admin processes and development of them
- Degree qualified within property, Architecture or Construction
- A minimum 1 year experience in an ADM role preferred, or a background in architecture or planning
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Strong project management and decision making skills
- The ability to engage and manage stakeholder relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A valid NSW drivers’ license
