Design & Build are currently looking to recruit a Civil Engineer on behalf of an expanding multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy based in Southeast Melbourne. The company have a solid civil pipeline and are looking for a candidate to support their senior engineers.
What your day looks like:
- Create detailed engineering designs, technical drawings, and necessary reports for major civil projects.
- Conduct site visits to understand project goals, assess site feasibility, and develop tailored solutions for the client.
- Act as the liaison between the client, contractors, local authorities, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide detailed stormwater, drainage, car park, roads and sewer designs.
- Ensure that the project complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
- 3+ years local experience as a Civil Engineer in a consultancy environment.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proficient in the use of 12D software.
- Strong knowledge of the relevant Australian codes, standards and legislations.
