The Role:
Working through various Perth suburbs, this role will see a determined, passionate, and knowledgeable individual manage and supervise large subdivision projects in the Northern Suburbs. You will lead teams, support crews and drive onsite culture and safety, all importantly whilst having fun.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee employees, subcontractors and labourers.
- Ability to manage and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Have a strong understanding of OH&S methods.
- Ensure work is carried out on time, and delivered to standard.
- Complete reporting on site records.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will be an individual who is both familiar with delivering subdivisions in Perth, with a proven ability to lead and supervise teams on site. You will bring with you a hunger to succeed and a desire find and continue creating a place where people enjoy coming to work, and working in their team.
- 3+ Years experience working in Civil Construction.
- Experience working on local subdivision and land development.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to various projects throughout Perth.
- Salary between $130,000 - $160,000 (Depending on experience).
- Superannuation.
