Client Side Project Manager - Consultancy

Full Job Description

Design and Build are working with a small (25 employees) but experienced property consultancy business specialising in project management and development. Based in the Melbourne CBD. They are currently seeking a driven, thorough Project Manager with 5-7 + years’ experience ready to progress their career, must have end to end experience in the new build space up to $100M, and can jump straight in to managing projects.

Reporting to a Director you will be looking after 2-3 projects across commercial, residential, retail, sports & leisure, mixed-use, education, health & aged care, and hotels & hospitality with values up to $300M.  They offer a tight knit group with plenty of support, experience and knowledge sharing to help grow your career.

The role includes (but not limited to) assisting with:

• Design Management
• Tender Phase – documenting, supporting, assessing, and finalising.
• Construction – superintendence, project claims and certification, reporting and contract administration.
• Project Administration

About you

• A degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction is a must
• 5-7 years’ experience (at least 2yrs end to end)
• Passion and desire to grow
• Team player
• High attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budge 
• Positive and self-motivated
