Client Success Manager
Design & Build Recruitment is seeking a Client Success Manager to join a leading workplace design and fit-out company. This role is pivotal in ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and operational excellence post-project completion. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, site operations, and demand generation for modifications and upgrades throughout the lease lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will come from a customer service background within the construction industry. This role could also suit a Junior Project Manager or someone with a construction background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless onboarding for new clients and key stakeholders, providing training on how to maximise their space.
- Act as the main point of contact for client issues, defect rectifications, and space modifications, while fostering long-term relationships.
- Manage work orders, coordinate trades, conduct site inspections, and oversee minor repairs, warranty issues, and space modifications (up to $100K).
- Identify and create opportunities for profitable modifications and additional fit-outs, working closely with sales and project teams.
- Strong experience in client success, workplace services, facilities management, or project coordination.
- Great customer service and sales skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and proactive approach to client needs.
- Experience in managing minor site works, coordinating trades, and overseeing space modifications.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance regulations.
