We are seeking a Commercial Manager
with experience within infrastructure, or oil & gas projects
for a 6-12 month contract. This role offers the potential for ongoing or permanent work based on performance and project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financials, budgets, and cost controls to ensure profitability.
- Manage contract administration, negotiations, and risk management.
- Provide strategic advice to senior leadership and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Lead claims management, dispute resolution, and commercial reporting.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize supplier and subcontractor agreements.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager within the infrastructure, or oil & gas sectors.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, negotiations, and risk management.
- Expertise in project financials, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Finance, Law, or Engineering.
