A successful and highly regarded construction contractor, have partnered with Design & Build to source an Contracts Administrator to join the team, to be involved with a portfolio of commercial, fit out, new build and refurbishment projects across Perth up to $15M

The Role:
As an CA you will work closely with the Project Management team, assisting with successful running of a projects for a commercial builder, working on projects valued up to $15M
- Procurement of subcontractors and supplies
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with subcontractors
- Reporting directly into the project manager
- Coordinate the review and timely approval of payment claims submitted by subcontractors
- Review and undertake the assessment of subcontractor variations in conjunction with the construction team
- Actively build strong relationships with key stakeholders
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2+ Years Contracts Administration experience in Commercial Construction
- Tier 2 or 3 builder experience would be highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Experience with Procore (preferred)
- Experience with Coins (preferred)
- Strong contractual knowledge;
- Have good time management skills
- Communication, organisation and negotiation skills.
- $100,000 - $150,000 + Super (DOE)
- Steady flow of secured work with a busy 2025/26 for you to hit the ground running
- Working within a supportive team under a senior contract administrator
