Our client is looking for a Contract Administrator, specalising in health care, D&C fit out projects. You will be responsible for running multiple projects simultaneously, working with the in house design and construct team to ensure you achieve the best results for your clients.
Our client provides a great working environment, including work from home Friday's, monthly paid lunches and a new office located in Brighton. You will be a part of a small commercial team in Melbourne, working a part of a wider national business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
- Progress claim assistance and external variations
- Review, negotiate and finalise subcontracts
- Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
- Administer RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
- Administer the project HSE system
- Experience working on commercial construction projects ideally up to $5 Million in value.
- Good knowledge of the Victorian construction market
- Strong and proven track record working on Commercial projects (over a period of at least 3 years at this level)
- Experience using Procore is essential
- Tertiary qualified in construction, engineering, accounting or QS or a related degree or with the equivalent knowledge, skills and experience
