About the Role
Design & Build Recruitment is seeking a Client Success Manager
to join a leading workplace design and fit-out company. This role ensures seamless project handovers, client satisfaction, and operational excellence post-completion.
You’ll manage defect rectifications, space modifications, and demand generation for ongoing workplace upgrades.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with a customer service/ sales background in construction, a Junior Project Manager, or a site/facilities professional looking for their next step.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & Training – Guide clients on maximising their workspace from day one.
- Ongoing Client Management – Act as the primary contact for defect rectifications, modifications, and site-related needs.
- Site Operations – Manage work orders, coordinate trades, conduct inspections, and oversee minor repairs and modifications
- Business Growth – Identify and create opportunities for additional fit-outs and upgrades in collaboration with sales and project teams.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in client success, workplace services, facilities management, or project coordination/ management
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for identifying opportunities
- Experience coordinating trades and managing site works
- Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance
