About the Opportunity:

Our client is actively seeking a highly skilled Dry Fire Estimator to join their team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work on major projects, with scope values ranging from $100k to $5m, across high-rise commercial, residential, healthcare, and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop precise and comprehensive cost estimates for dry fire protection systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with an experienced Fire Services Estimator to evaluate project scope and costs comprehensively.
- Analyze technical documents, including blueprints and specifications, to determine project requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to gather competitive pricing and project insights.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments to estimates as needed to accommodate changes or unforeseen issues.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, codes, and regulations throughout the estimation process.
- Strong fire electrical background, with experience in either a trade or an engineering capacity.
- Proven track record in estimating dry fire protection systems and a deep understanding of relevant codes and standards.
- Ability to interpret complex technical documents and provide accurate cost assessments.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Experience in high-rise commercial, residential, healthcare, or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
