About the Role:
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and take-offs for a range of residential projects, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, material take-offs, and BOQs.
• Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to ensure accurate pricing.
• Work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to obtain competitive pricing.
• Identify and resolve any cost discrepancies or challenges in the estimation process.
• Ensure all estimates comply with company standards and budget expectations.
About You:
• Experience in residential construction estimating
• Proficiency in Databuild or similar estimating software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative and supportive work environment.
