Key Responsibilities:
- As a Field Service Technician you will perform installation, maintenance, and repairs of commercial equipment independently at client sites
- This Field Service Technician will provide prompt, efficient, and high-quality service to clients in the field
- The Field Service Technician will diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures along with other Field Service Technician's
- A role for the Field Service Technician will be to liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Previous experience as a Field Service Technician, ideally within the commercial equipment or similar industries
- Electrical License is preferred; minimum qualification is a disconnect/reconnect certification
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to customer sites
