The Company:
Leading Australian commercial developer and builder operating across the Class 2 Residential space - High Rise, High Density Apartments. Due to a huge pipeline for 2025 they are seeking multiple WHS Coordinators. In return, you'll get to work on ICONIC projects ranging from $50M - $200M.
The role will be roaming based. Monday - Friday with a rostered Saturday.
This role is suited to someone who has 2 + years experience in WHS in commercial new build.
As the HSE Advisor you will be responsible for:
- Site based - Sydney Metro
- Ensuring all sites are compliant with current Quality regulations
- Provide training & advice to team members and subcontractors
- Conduct reviews and risk analysis
- Incident investigation and reporting
- Minimum Cert IV in OH&S
- 2 + years experience in HSE new build commercial construction - Units preferred
- Must have worked for a principal contractor in Australia
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines
- Excellent communication skills & problem-solving skills
