Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of health and safety plans
- Provide training & advise to team members and subcontractors
- Conduct reviews and risk analysis
- Manage and develop relationships with employees and stakeholders
- Incident investigation and reporting
- Minimum Cert IV in OH&S
- 2 - 5 + years in a HSE role within in the construction industry
- Previous experience working for a Commercial builder on new build or refurbishment/fit out projects
- Previous experience working for a head contractor is essential
