About the Role
Our client is an ANZ infrastructure & services company, well regarded as a leader in their field. They are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to support their HR Team of 5 across all administrative, recruitment coordination and onboarding people processes across a period of growth, managing an employee headcount of 800.
Your responsibilities will be including;
- Managing the end to end recruitment process ensuring strong candidates that fit the company ethos and role requirements are secured
- Onboarding of new starters and management of probationary periods
- Coordination of offboarding processes for departing employees
- Issuing new & variations of employment contracts
- HR Projects such as employee engagement initiatives, HRIS implementation, etc
- Adhoc tasks to support the wider HR team
To be considered for this position you will have:
- 3+ years experience in an HR Coordinator position
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology or related field
- HRIS experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly computer literate (MS Excel intermediate to advanced)
- The ability to prioritise your workload in a changing environment
