About the Role:
Design & Build are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Advisor to join our team for high-profile commercial, retail, and residential projects across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on projects valued from $30 million to over $200 million, contributing to some of Queensland’s most significant developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain safety policies and procedures across various project sites.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations.
- Provide training and support to staff on health, safety, and environmental practices.
- Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
