Design & Build have been tasked with assisting one of South Australia best known builders to find multiple HSE Officers throughout the Greater Adelaide Area.
About the Role:
- Drive and implement best HSE practices
- Assist with regular audits
- Compile and present regular reports
- Support contractors in developing and implementing project safety management plans.
- Communicate any non-conformances promptly and effectively to the site senior leadership team.
- Complete daily pre-starts, inductions, toolboxes, SWMS reviews, and site inspections.
- Certification IV in Work Health and Safety or higher.
- 12 months+ of experience in construction HSE
- Trade background ideal
- Proven experience in participating in audits, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced computer literacy, particularly with MS Office suite and safety management systems.
