About the company:
Join a well renowned Tier 2 HVAC contractor who are in a period of growth after landing new projects. They are looking for a PM who specialises the commercial fit out space, with experience managing multiple smaller projects ranging up to $500k. They are interested in speaking with Junior PM's who have experience managing their own smaller value projects or an experienced minor works PM. You will be joining a company who specialise in a variety of other projects across the Tier 2 & 1 space and there will be opportunities for you to progress into these.
What your day looks like:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of HVAC projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.
- Oversee project planning, procurement, and resource allocation for successful execution of high value projects.
- Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure technical specifications and project requirements are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
- Minimum of 2 years HVAC project management experience on commercial fit out or minor works projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to manage projects from initial scope to handover.
- Skilled in quoting, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
