Design & Build are recruiting for an experienced HVAC Service Technician for a growing HVAC Contractor who have a large portfolio of residential, commercial, and education sites across Sydney to carry out service and maintenance works. You will be joking a small, close knit teams with opportunities for career progression and the service division expands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems on various sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure project success.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
- Ideally dual trade HVAC & Electrical or HVAC&R qualified with restricted electrical license
- Strong reporting skills with experience in Aroflo highly desired or with similar reporting software.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a fully qualified HVAC technician.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, with an enthusiasm to continue to learn and develop.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license.
- Hourly pay of $50 - $60 an hour plus super based on experience.
- Company vehicle with fuel card & e tag.
- Mobile phone and company uniform.
- Mon - Fri work. Potential for weekend call outs. First 2 hours 1.5x hourly rate then afterwards 2x hourly rate
