Role Overview:
As a Hydraulic Fitter, you will be responsible for the maintenance, modifications, and repairs of hydraulic pumps, motors, and valves. Your role will ensure the continuous operation of our machinery, ensuring maximum efficiency and reliability. You will work closely with the team to troubleshoot issues, carry out repairs, and perform preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Hydraulic Fitter you will perform maintenance, repair, and modifications to hydraulic pumps, motors, and valves.
- This Hydraulic Fitter will diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic system faults.
- The Hydraulic Fitter will carry out preventative maintenance checks to avoid equipment downtime.
- The Hydraulic Fitter will ensure all work complies with safety standards and quality regulations.
- As a Hydraulic Fitter you will maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operation of machinery.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding health and safety.
- Proven experience as a Hydraulic Fitter, with a strong understanding of hydraulic systems.
- Experience in working with hydraulic pumps, motors, and valves.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
