The Role:
Working through the Perth metropolitan area, the role would see you play a key role in ensuring efficient project delivery, and working with a team of in-house surveyors. The team supports a strong work-life balance while maintaining high operational standards.
You would be responsible for:
- Direct and conduct surveys to establish site boundaries based on statutory requirements.
- Locate and record infrastructure and services on project sites.
- Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations.
- Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys.
- Conduct site set-outs and ensure accurate placement of survey pegs.
- Liaise with local shires and governing bodies, communicate construction issues to senior management, and manage surveying costs while ensuring accurate on-site activity
- Qualification in surveying.
- Minimum of 3 years surveying experience in the Perth metro area, ideally within subdivisions.
- Strong understanding of AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Extensive knowledge of survey equipment and instruments.
- Salary up to $125,000 + Superannuation (DOE)
- Full time position.
