What your day looks like:
- Project Leadership: Oversee the electrical engineering aspects of data centre projects, ensuring successful delivery within time and budget constraints.
- Design Oversight: Manage and review electrical system designs, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and best practices.
- Team Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, drafters, and technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Client Interaction: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure all electrical engineering work adheres to regulatory standards, safety guidelines, and quality assurance processes.
- 10+ years electrical engineering experience in Australia
- Experience leading complex electrical engineering projects in the data centre space
- Strong client facing skills, with the ability to lead client meetings form an engineering perspective
- Experience working for an electrical contractor working on complex D&C projects
- Remuneration based on skills and experience - up to $250k plus super
- Strong pipeline of long term data centre projects
