Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead & mentor carpenters in executing construction projects with precision and quality.
- Coordinate and supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
- Interpret plans, specifications, and designs to ensure accurate execution of carpentry work.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness.
- Proven experience as a Carpenter / Leading Hand with at least 3 years of experience
- Trade qualification in Carpentry (Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Current White Card, and a full Driving License
