The Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Operating and programing CNC machines to cut, shape, and manufacture materials accurately according to job specifications.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings to produce precise components and ensure all cuts and drilling align with project requirements.
- Setting up and operating edgebanders to apply laminate or veneer edges to cabinetry panels, and checking for proper adhesion and finish quality.
- Maintaining machines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient operation.
- Working closely with the production team to meet project deadlines.
- Following workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Previous experience operating CNC machines and edgebanders in a cabinet makin or manufacturing environment ideal, along with the:
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Self-motivated with good problem-solving skills .
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
