You'll be given the opportunity to learn and work alongside some of Melbourne's finest designers, taking on creative bespoke project's across the hospitality space! The role will assist higher-level architects by performing professional interior design work in the planning, design, and construction of a wide variety of projects. Prepares preliminary drawings following the client's statement of requirements which indicates the nature and scope of the project. Conduct inspections, prepare design details.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years experience as an Interior Designer on commercial or hospitality projects
- Awareness of current trends and developments within Interior Design
- Brief development and concept design
- Documentation using Revit
- Selection of FF&E for interior scheme
- Working knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures of interior design
- Assisting Architecture Team where required
- Assisting Project Manager and / or Team Leader
