About the Role
Design & Build are currently working with a number of award winning, well-known and established builders & developers with a reputation for building quality custom & spec homes. With various builders now experiencing growth in a tuning market, they are looking for experienced and passionate Sales Consultants & Sales Hosts to join their teams within their display centres across;
- South West Sydney (Leppington / Oran Park)
- North West Sydney (Box Hill)
- Central Coast (Warnervale / Watagan Park)
- Wollongong
- Identifying customer's needs and determining products to suit their requirements to build their dream home
- Understand the fundamentals of building & design, understanding different blocks and building requirements to determine feasibility for a KDR project
- Generating and following up leads to convert to sales
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Developing external referral relationships with developers and real estate agents
- Consistent market research providing an understanding of housing industry
About You
You will be a confident and approachable personality, driven to succeed within a sales environment whilst providing an authentic client experience. You will also possess;
- A strong track record in new home sales, experience is a MUST
- Thorough understanding of current residential market trends
- Sound knowledge of KDR
- Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales
- Knowledge of the building industry and understanding of architectural plans
- Ability to build great relationships
- Good knowledge of IT systems and processes
- Ability to work weekends
The successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary of around $60k + super, as well as being rewarded with a generous commission structure.
