They are currently seeking a strong Pre Construction Coordinator with experience in the residential construction industry with exposure to permits, approvals & council processes.
About the Role:
- Proactively manage and prioritise pre-site requirements and approvals to support the Home Building delivery program
- Co-ordinate and oversee preparation of planning proposals, from single through to master planning and large scale DAs in support of various major residential subdivision developments.
- Maintaining the CRM system and provide Administrative support to the sales and estimating teams
- Represent the Company with various Government Agencies and/or Council on development project matters.
- Preparation and coordination of site files, contracts, schedules and meetings
- 3-5 years experience within the residential construction sector in a similar role is essential.
- Strong knowledge on DA requirements across various residential property types.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise a changing workload.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to grasp new systems with ease.
- Strong English skills both written & verbal.
