As a Production Estimator your main responsibilities will include:
- Production estimating duties
- Job takeoffs,
- Creating BOQ's,
- Variations,
- Issuing supplier orders
- Liaising with construction supervisors and managers.
- Local experience from the housing industry
- Ideally have worked for a volume builder, but this isn't a must-have.
- Hold a relevant building tertiary qualification
- Have strong software skills - ideally in Databuild
- Ability to work in the office Monday to Friday, full time hours.
