About the Role:
We are looking for a Project Controller Lead
with strong project controls experience to oversee and manage scheduling, cost control, and performance across key projects. You’ll guide the team, ensure timely reporting, and drive improvements to meet project targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide project teams on data capture and provide control insights.
- Build and manage project schedules using Primavera and MS Office.
- Monitor and report performance against KPIs (e.g., CPI, SPI, PF).
- Develop Power BI reports from project data.
- Interpret and build Synchro reports, maintain databases.
- Analyze project variances and provide recommendations.
- Interface with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Review contractual documentation and attend project meetings.
- Monitor and report scope variances.
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field.
- At least 4 years’ experience in project controls within construction.
- Actenum experience is desirable.
- Proficient in Primavera, MS Office, Power BI, and Synchro.
- Strong understanding of project control metrics (CPI, SPI, PF).
