, Build to Rent Residential, Commercial, , Student Accommodation, Healthcare, and Civic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee equipment procurement, ensuring timely orders and delivery.
- Monitor project schedules, identifying potential delays and risks.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to track and manage orders.
- Ensure equipment is delivered and installed per project timelines.
- Attend progress meetings, providing status updates and identifying solutions to challenges.
- Conduct site visits and inspections as required, with occasional travel.
- Experience in procurement, project management, or construction within data centres or critical infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of long-lead equipment orders(e.g., switchboards, generators, HVAC, HV systems).
- Ability to track and manage procurement schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits.
