Due to their immense pipeline of work, our client has an excellent opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join their team and assist with ongoing/upcoming projects ranging $200m+. Located in and around the CBD and inner south east of Melbourne.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking to ensure milestones are met.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to coordinate project deliverables.
- Review and manage documentation, including RFIs, variations, and project reports.
- Monitor project budgets and assist with procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Support the Project Manager with daily tasks and problem-solving to keep the project on track.
- Minimum 3 + years' experience as a Project Coordinator for a Head Contractor in Victoria.
- Diploma of Building & Construction or similar qualification.
- Demonstrated experience delivering large scale multi-residential/commercial projects across VIC.
