Our client is one of Australia's leading construction companies with a diverse portfolio of commercial, education, health & government projects up to $300M, they have over $1BN in projects locked in over the coming years. In a time when job security is the upmost importance this business is thriving.
They have a number of $200M + Projects coming up in central locations and they require Supervisors with head contract experience to assist getting these projects out of the ground.
The Successful candidate will be working with some of the most experienced professionals in the Tier 1 space
Roles & responsibilities:
- Liaising with stakeholders from each department (design, development, and construction) and providing the necessary construction input and updates.
- Develop construction staging and logistic plans, management plans and methodologies.
- Develop design and construction programmes.
- Develop construction preliminaries and supervision estimates.
- Obtain trade pricing and feedback to assist developing project budgets.
- Tertiary degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or equivalent.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong programming and project planning skills
- Strong problem solving and time management skills (ability to work across multiple projects at various stages concurrently)
- Well-rounded experience across all project phases (concept to delivery and completion).
