An opportunity for a skilled and dynamic Project Manager to join the team of a trusted name in the commercial construction industry for over 35 years building a range of projects across healthcare, education, retail, and commercial.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Lead project teams and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and building processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
