About the role
Working across the commercial, education, healthcare and defence sectors, we are looking for a Project Manager with proven experience working across GC21 contracts to join the team.
You will be responsible for planning, coordination and control of projects from construction through to completion. You will work closely with the client to ensure a clear understanding of project scope, objectives and constraints to ensure project deadlines are met.
About you
- Relevant tertiary education in construction/project management field;
- Commercial construction experience with proven experience working across GC21 contracts;
- Pre and post contract project management expeirence;
- Ability to work to deadlines and timeframes to exceed client expectations;
- Ability to meet all WH&S and safety requirements and reporting;
- Excellent communication skills to work with the client and construction team.
