A tier 3, family ran commercial construction company have partnered with Design & Build to source an Project Manager to join the team, to work across commercial new build and refurbishment projects valued up to $2M

The Role:
As the Project Manager you will work closely with the Director, ensuring the successful running of projects, providing guidance and support to the site teams across the complete construction lifecycle.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2+ Years Project Management experience in Commercial Construction
- Trade background
- Tier 3 or 4 builder experience would be highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Perth based with full Australian working rights
- $120,000 + Super + Package (Company car or Car Allowance)
- Mobile, laptop/Ipad, vehicle and fuel
