Project Manager – Tier 2 Commercial Builder | Sydney

With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are seeking a driven Project Manager to lead and deliver a recently awarded project valued $180M.
The Role:
As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of a new construction project. You’ll lead a site-based delivery team, foster strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure excellence across safety, quality, time, and cost.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle from construction commencement through to handover
- Lead and support project teams, including mentoring site staff and subcontractors
- Oversee programme planning, risk mitigation, cost control, and safety compliance
- Collaborate with design, commercial, and client teams to deliver on expectations
- Promote company values and a positive culture across the project team
- 8+ years’ experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial construction projects
- Strong track record across various sectors (e.g. education, health, community)
- Proven experience delivering new build construction projects valued $50M+
- Strong leadership, team management and stakeholder engagement skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related qualification
