Our client is a well-established and Nationally recognized Tier 2 commercial builder with projects valued up to $800M, and have the the capability to deliver projects of any size and scale across all industry sectors.
They're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial projects valued $100M+ with a focus on Health or Education sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major commercial construction projects
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage and mentor project teams, driving high performance and collaboration across the teams
- Bachelor Degree in Building, Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant industry qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing projects valued $100M+
- Experience winning and delivering government projects, Health, Education etc.
- Client facing with a proven track record in working well under pressure
- Ability to lead and performance manage a construction team to deliver projects on time and under budget
