who will oversee Urban Projects
in the Moreton Bay Region
THE ROLE
As a Project Manager, you will take the lead on your assigned projects, with strong backing from senior leadership within the team. Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you'll oversee multiple projects, working closely with a diverse range of clients. These projects primarily involve large-scale residential communities.
- Lead the construction planning, scheduling, and timely completion of projects.
- Collaborate with the Urban Development Team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage the procurement and allocation of resources for each project.
- Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Oversee cost management and provide regular financial reporting.
- 3+ years experience as a Project Manager
- Previous experience of civil construction and subdivision works
- Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills
- Tertiary qualified Civil Engineer
