Job Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for white collar positions within the designated sector.
- Working on permanent white collar placements.
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates using a variety of recruitment methods.
- Business development within your given market.
- Conducting interviews, reference checks, and negotiating employment offers.
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Proven experience as a 360 white collar recruitment consultant.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills to identify and engage with top talent.
- Ability and willingness to develop additional business.
- Able to communicate past financial successes within the recruitment field.
