Due to continued growth, they're now seeking to add an experienced Scheduler/Estimator to the pre-construction team, to work across homes ranging from $3m - $11m.

You'll be exposed to builds ranging from single storey homes through to apartments
About You:
This role would suit a switched on and driven Scheduler who has honed their skills within the high end homes space and is now wishing to move away from this and work on WA's most prestigious residences.
- 3+ years Scheduling or Estimating experience for a Residential builder (2 storey homes essential)
- Proficient in Databuild or Truth Engine (Advantageous)
- A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of integrity
