This is an opportunity to work for a values driven business in the luxury homes space which focuses on staff retention and an excellent customer experience, whilst challenging the status quo.
You'll be exposed to builds ranging from $1.5m - $4m
About You:
This role would suit a switched on Scheduler who is wanting to move away from Project Homes and be exposed to High end homes.
- 3+ years Scheduling or Estimating experience for a Residential builder (2 storey homes held in high regard)
- Proficient in Databuild (Advantageous)
- A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
- Excellent communication skills
- $80k - $110k + Super (Depending on your experience)
- Onsite parking SOR
