The Role

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Business Development & Client Growth – Identify opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and lead proposal development
✔ Lead High-Profile Projects – Oversee design, documentation, and delivery of complex architectural projects
✔ Collaborate with Leadership – Work closely with directors and senior teams to shape business strategies
✔ Pitch & Present – Confidently deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders
✔ Industry Networking – Represent the firm at industry events, fostering new connections and partnerships
✔ Mentor & Inspire – Guide and support junior architects and designers to maintain design excellence

What You’ll Bring:
✅ Registered Architect with 10+ years’ experience in architecture
✅ Proven track record in business development within the architecture or design industry
✅ Strong client network and ability to secure and grow business opportunities
✅ Excellent design leadership with experience delivering major projects
✅ Exceptional communication & presentation skills
✅ Strategic mindset with commercial awareness and negotiation skills
