Role Overview:
As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you’ll be integral to the success of each project, overseeing all pre-construction activities and guiding the project to completion alongside your team. Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and negotiating contracts to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
• Liaising closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Monitoring contract performance, managing variations and claims, and resolving issues promptly to reduce project risks.
• Keeping meticulous project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Mentoring and coaching Junior Contracts Administrators to strengthen the team.

• Demonstrated experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction.
• Based in Sydney, with an ability to collaborate closely with the Project Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.
• Proficiency with software like Jobpac, Aconex, and MPP.
