About the Role
- Reviewing site levels and designing site works
- Reviewing structural engineering and energy requirements
- Liaising with internal and external departments, professional consultants, planning authorities and key suppliers
- Assisting with production and construction enquiries
- Assisting with Town Planning and Council applications
- A minimum of five years experience as a Draftsperson in the residential construction industry
- Proficiency with ArchiCAD is required for this position
- Experience in both Production and also Masters
- Must be up to date with bylaws and regulations (Australian Standards)
