In your role as Senior Estimator you will be working alongside an established Senior Scheduler on homes ranging from $1.5m to $6m in value.
About You:
This role would suit a switched on Estimator who is wanting to work on prestigious residences across metro Perth.
- 3+ years Estimating experience for a Residential builder (2 storey homes held in high regard)
- A fine eye for detail and the ability to present costings/information back to the client
- A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of integrity
- Up to $120k + Super (Depending on your experience)
- Onsite parking in Balcatta
- Flexible working
