About the company:
A unique HVAC company based in Sydney who focus on a variety of HVAC construction and service & maintenance projects. They have a strong track record delivering commercial fit out, new build, and high rise residential project ranging from $2 - $15m. They are looking on onboard a Senior HVAC Project Manager to oversee upcoming commercial fit out and high rise residential projects.
What your day looks like:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of HVAC projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.
- Oversee project planning, procurement, and resource allocation for successful execution of high value projects.
- Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure technical specifications and project requirements are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
- Minimum of 5 years HVAC project management experience on Australian projects in the Tier 2.
- Previous experience working with high profile builders & developers in the same space.
- Experience managing HVAC projects up to at least $6m mechanical value.
- Mechanical Engineering background or trade background - with the ability to have an input in the design of projects.
- Idealling coming from an HVAC trade background with solid understanding of HVAC installation methods.
- Up to $150k plus super based on skills and experience.
- Car allowance.
