Responsibilities:

• Lead the production of detailed and coordinated documentation for high-end Interior projects.
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
• Apply expert knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods to deliver accurate and buildable designs.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in documentation best practices and technical detailing.
• Work across multiple project phases, from concept development through to construction.
• Utilise Revit and other industry-standard tools to produce high-quality drawings and specifications.

• Tertiary qualification in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of industry experience in reputable firms.
• Advanced Revit skills (essential).
• A deep understanding of Australian building codes, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Experience delivering complex Interior projects across high-rise residential, hospitality, or commercial sectors.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and consultants.
