Our clients specialize in creating luxurious spaces for brands, combining interiors, artwork and products. They have plenty of exciting ventures in the pipeline across high-end retail and hospitality projects! This role will allow you to gain a diverse range of experience across design and management responsibilities.

The role
- Become part of a variety of creative projects, pitching ideas and managing the project end-to-end
- Develop designs that suit both the client and the characteristics of a brand and space
- Leading the design team
- Meet with clients and other stakeholders
- Developing designs according to a brief that are functional, appealing, and appropriate for the space
- Ensure all designs proposed are compliant and work towards 'best practice'
- 10+ years’ experience in a similar position
- Able to manage a team and the design process
- Highly organised and design-led
- Experience in concept design and documentation
- Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
- Creativity, imagination, and artistic flair
- An aptitude for illustration and technical drawing
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience using Vectorworks
- High-end retail or hospitality design experience will be highly regarded
